Massage appointments range from 45 minutes to 2hrs for a deluxe full body treatment. I draw on therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger pointing, muscle energy and sports techniques to create your bespoke treatment, based on your needs on the day – never routine.

A deeply relaxing 1hr massage treatment, specifically designed to ground and relieve tension in the shoulders, neck, jaw, eyes, scalp, and entire face. Particularly good for times of stress, anxiety or depression.

Myofascial cups can be combined into any bespoke massage treatment. These work to give space to the fascia and muscle structures, flushing blood flow through areas of tension and adhesions. These do leave marks which may take up to 3 weeks to fade, but the treatment itself should not be painful.
